When you call UTP, you talk to a person, not voicemail. Your call will be immediately routed to one of our parts sales representatives. All our parts and engines are cataloged in a state-of-the-art electronic inventory management system that allows us to instantly view our inventory, quote pricing, suggest alternate part numbers, and process your order. It is our goal to have the most competitive pricing in the industry. We constantly monitor industry sales, buying patterns, and pricing to offer you the best value available.
Our return policy is second to none. If our part does not meet your quality standards or you simply don’t need it after all, we’ll take it back. Just return the part within 90 days, in its original packaging, with the original airworthiness certification documentation, and we’ll grant you a full refund. Engines that have been altered or repaired will not be accepted for return.
Certifications and Associations
UTP is certified to ASA-100 to meet the requirements of FAA AC 00-56. We provide our customers with high-quality turbine engines and engine components and full documentation to support installation.
